All ZIP flles.
Download process requires a username and password, which were emailed
to the address you included on your order form. If you did not receive
your username/password info or it became lost or misplaced, you can automatically
retrieve it here by entering the email address you supplied to on the
order form.
If this still doesn't work (it should take only a few minutes to receive
a reply to your automated request), email us at wbc@wheelbase.ws and we
will send it to you. Please allow a couple of hours for us to manually
get this information to you as email volume is extreme right now.
When requesting for help, please supply us with the following information:
- Paper Name
- operating system (mac os 9, mac os 10, windows, etc)
- application you use to extract files
- FTP application (fetch, cute ftp, etc.)
- browser (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Safari, etc.)
- error messages when applicable
- file name or archive you have downloaded or are trying to download
- any additional information
Unstuffing problems/errors?
Before emailing wbc@wheelbase.ws, try these solutions once you have the
files downloaded onto your computer. The following should solve problems
with any 'corrupt file' messages.
PC - Right click on the icon of the downloaded file and
choose 'open with'
Use: WinRar or WinZip.

Mac - Control click on the icon of the downloaded file
and choose 'open with' (choose a extractor program from the menu).
Be sure to have the latest version of your extractor software. We use
Dropstuff 10.
